Efficient location to an olive trees orchard, really helpful staff, everything was fabulous. The room was reasonably large with a lovely balcony, high ceiling, as example and safety measures included smoke detectors. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet were available there.

The room was cosy and offered great value. The staff were excellent, and we enjoyed a good breakfast with plenty of options. The tranquil location is set in a beautiful area, and the Barbican is just 2 km away. The service was outstanding, just as we had anticipated.

It was in general an AMAZING experience. The airport is 16 miles away. Placed within 10 minutes' car ride to Sarnico.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast is tasty, and the location is stunning, near the beautiful Lago d'Iseo.

Nice room, good bed, very nice breakfast room, good breakfast. We got some very fine restaurant recommendations from the receptionist. There were some very nice sights to visit in the area. In particular, the rock pyramids in Zone are spectacular. This hotel can definitely be recommended as a base for sighseeing. It is not the "stay home to relax and read" kind of place.

Wifi did not work in our room on the second (aka the third) floor. It seemed to be a problem that could be easily fixed, but it was not during our stay, even though we reported it. The hotel restaurant offered a cut down menu only (Monday to Wednesday), and restaurants required driving. The shower was one of those designed to flood the bathroom floor. I feel sorry for the maids who have to deal with the daily mess, probably in all rooms.

Luxury rooms, nice hotel on a very quiet location a few km away from the lake, but not in the busy tourist area. Breakfast is delicious and is served on a beautifull covered terrace overlooking the garden when the weather allows it. The hotel is built in natural stone and wood, it is located in a large park. The restaurant food is delicious and good price/quality value. Access to highway is about 15 min.

The noise insulation in between the rooms is not really a big problem, though can still be improved.

The room and bathroom were absolutely amazing with a breathtaking view and a jaw-dropping terrace. The cozy restaurant served delicious food, and the staff was super nice. The area around the hotel was great, and the safe parking was a huge plus. Sleeping with open windows in the summer nights was a mind-blowing experience. The only thing missing was a pool and a spa on the grounds, but everything else was simply fantastic.

In the middle of nowhere - needed an area to rela outdoors with loungers and definitely a pool.

Great lake view that takes your breath away 😍. the staff here is super attentive and really looks after you. the hotel is just a short distance away from Lake Iseo.

lacked some warmth and charm that i was expecting. didn;t see the restaurant/was fully booked! before we checked in at 2 - couldn't sit next to candles with wine like in the alluring photos - Lake is a drive away but still nice

A really nice place, dip into a nice corner of countryside, quiety, and comfortable. The Iseo lake it's ten minutes away by car so you can also enjoy a nice walk by the lakeside.

Beautiful farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, excellent wines at the on-site wine bar, peaceful surroundings. Enjoyed the free breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi, and airport pick-up service.

Staff couldn't iron my clothes on time, and the soundproofing was so great that I could hear my neighbors gossiping. Hilarious!
